YOUR INFORMATION

Know what you share.

This notice describes the platform’s data flows. Production account and service activation requires the operator’s contact information and final applicable terms.

Public browsing and citations

Business profiles and editorial guides can be read without an account. Published business contact details, public source links, guides, and approved reviews can be read, indexed, or cited by search engines and other readers. Do not submit private information in a public review.

Service requests

A request includes the contact method you provide, the service needed, location, timing, relevant answers, and consent. We use this information to handle the request and offer it to eligible providers. Customer contact details are available to an eligible provider only after acceptance. The platform may receive referral compensation under separate partner terms.

Do not include medical records, payment card details, account credentials, or property access codes. Request records have a retention deadline, initially 24 months; provider access ends when eligibility or retention ends. Deletion and privacy requests require operator review and applicable recordkeeping decisions.

Owner accounts and business records

Account authentication and business membership control access to private dashboards. Claims, proposed changes, verification evidence, and moderation decisions are stored for review. A verified email account does not itself establish ownership of a business.

Reviews and payments

Review invitations use private, expiring links tied to documented interactions. Your chosen display name, rating, review, and approved business response become public when published. Payment checkout is handled by Stripe when billing is activated; the platform stores billing references and status rather than your full card information.

Optional AI interpretation

The local discovery assistant can operate without an external AI service. When optional AI interpretation is configured and you opt in, your question may be sent to OpenAI to identify a category. Leave personal information out of the question. Published directory facts remain the source for business results. The request uses storage-disabled API settings, which do not mean zero provider retention.

Service providers and technical safeguards

The configured platform uses hosting, Supabase for account and data services, Resend for notifications, Stripe for payments, and optional OpenAI interpretation. Anti-abuse controls store salted request fingerprints and limited operational records. Private customer and owner data is not included in the public directory feed or sitemap. Google-assisted business discovery is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Questions, corrections, and removal requests

Use the contact path for privacy questions or a correction request with the relevant public URL. Do not send additional sensitive documents until the operator provides an appropriate secure method. Changes to published information and review removal decisions are handled by the operator.
